Our client are seeking an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor who is keen to develop their career for a reputable legal practice based in Preston.

We have been instructed on an unmissable new role for a Property Litigation Solicitor to be the newest recruit at a well-established, expanding firm with an excellent reputation based in Preston. This is a tremendous opportunity to make a name for yourself in the market and to work in a supportive team environment.

Within the property litigation team, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload on a broad range of property litigation matters. This includes but is not limited to; principally commercial landlord and tenant matters, property contracts, property insolvency, residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement, rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and dilapidations.

You will have the opportunity to assist with business development and profile raising initiatives including networking events and the opportunity will also be there to support the more junior members of the team. You will also be expected to build and maintain effective relationship with clients and market intermediaries.
