A top UK law firm is looking for a Data Protection Lawyer with a solid track record of advising and supporting clients on all matters relating to Data Protection including the GDPR. Your new role
The firm is looking for a Data Protection Lawyer. You will be advising a full range of clients including trusts, charities, schools, companies and businesses. You will be responsible for managing your own case load of Data Protection and IT matters while offering general support to the firm generally.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong academics (2.1 or higher degree) or equivalent. The firm are seeking a UK Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years post qualification data protection practice experience, or equivalent. High calibre post qualification experience in data protection and IT related matters is essential as is a strong understanding and developed knowledge of the Data Protection Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. Strong technical ability, previous direct client contact, involvement in business development and previous experience of delivering training presentations is desirable.
