Your new role

This property litigation role will involve you handling a range of landlord and tenant disputes, rent review and lease renewal matters as well as contractual disputes. This real estate litigation role will also see you provide strategic advice to clients on their property portfolios. The client list includes commercial clients, public sector bodies and housing associations, property developers and investors.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a lawyer at NQ level or above and have gained experience in either commercial property or property litigation. You should have strong communication skills and a genuine desire to specialise in property litigation.
