A top tier, multi-office law firm in Suffolk is looking to recruit a Solicitor into its specialist Charities and Social Enterprise team.

The ideal candidate will be a NQ-5 years’ PQE Solicitor who possesses a good academic record, has come from a highly regarded regional or City firm, and has either experience or a genuine passion to specialise in charities law. As the firm’s Charities and Social Enterprise team sit within the Corporate department, solid experience in Corporate and Commercial law would be advantageous, but those from a general Private Client background will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be handling their own, diverse, caseload of matters to include advising on social enterprise projects and the set-up of new charities, working closely with trustees and dealing with charity mergers. Experience or an interest in business development is essential, as the firm places great importance on maintaining existing and building new relationships with clients. The firm will provide invaluable ongoing training and support, and can offer long term career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
