Commercial Property Paralegal.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to work for a Legal 200 firm in Maidstone.
This commercial property department acts for commercial clients, investors and developers and this role requires you to manage your own caseload of basic commercial property transactions with supervision as required and to assist the fee-earners on the larger more complex cases.
Ideal applicants must have previous experience working on commercial property law, if you have experience in residential conveyancing that is a benefit. Ideally you will also have passed your LPC.
