Associate - Commercial

Wright Hassall LLP is a full service law firm with a well-respected 170-year history.  We are entering a further period of growth and require an ambitious Associate to join our busy Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial team.

We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor with between 5 and 10 years proven technical experience to join a well-respected team.  You will have good client and team communication skills, excellent drafting and strong negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team.  Above all, you will be able to deliver succinct, quality advice to key commercial clients.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation. 

The Ideal Candidate will:-

• Will be confident and assertive with strong face to face negotiation skills.
• Experience of working on major projects and bid deals.
• Have strong organisation skills & high levels of accuracy.
• Will be flexible as there will be a requirement to work in London on occasion.
