The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor experienced in Clinical Negligence (2-6 years PQE) to join an award winning, Legal 500 firm in Guildford.

The firm is highly regarded in Clinical Negligence, ranking very highly in the Legal 500. During the firms inception, Clinical Negligence was one of the Departments which helped propel its growth, and as such they have an excellent reputation with their diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of Clinical Negligence matters which align with the specialisms at the firm. Across this department there are 3 main areas of strength; cosmetic surgery claims, laser eye surgery claims, and delayed cancer diagnosis claims. Although experience in these areas is preferable it is not essential.

The ideal candidate will be looking to move up the ranks with the intention of ultimately achieving partnership. A following, although not essential, would be a big advantage in the pursuit of Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE.
• You will be keen to go out and engage in business development and build up your own client base.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
