This established business are presently expanding and are currently seeking an In-House Commercial Contracts Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their Cheltenham office. This is a fantastic role with a vibrant company with real progression opportunities; there is the opportunity for a training contract for the successful candidate.
Your new role
My clients are seeking either an experienced paralegal or legal executive with solid commercial contracts experience to provide pragmatic legal advice and solutions to the legal issues faced by their group of companies. You will support all parts of the business, in all areas of the law, and work with various teams throughout the business to achieve strategic objectives and outcomes.
A large part of your role will involve contracts and contract management and effective management of contractual disputes, in addition to drafting and advising on ad hoc contracts. You will work on matters including data protection, FOI, anti-bribery, equality and diversity and assist with the drafting and delivery of in-house legal training, in addition to advising on areas of intellectual property.
