West Midlands – Immediate start – 3 months ongoing – Part time - £30-35 per hour DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to undertake an attractive locum assignment. Our client, a well-established law firm in the West Midlands, is seeking a Litigation Locum to cover a busy caseload pending a permanent appointment.

Role description

The role will entail handling a mixed Commercial and Civil Litigation caseload, to include contentious probate matters as well contractual disputes and general business disputes. The workload will be varied and you will benefit from the assistance of a capable Secretary.

There will be an attractive hourly rate of between £30-35 per hour which is dependent on experience. Candidates seeking a rate outside of this bracket are also welcomed to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.

About you

You must be immediately available or able to start within the next week for a 3+ month assignment with the possibility of extension thereafter. You will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week and there is flexibility for you to choose your working days.
