Development Solicitor – Birmingham – £50k+
Well respected firm offering a competitive salary seeks experienced Development Solicitor to manage a team. This position would be perfectly suited to a Solicitor with experience of plot sales and site set up who is seeking to take the next step in their career.
This is a hybrid role combining fee earning and management responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage a newly formed team of fee earners, paralegals and support staff and will be given considerable autonomy to develop the team. They will handle a caseload of matters on behalf of a large property developer client.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience dealing with plot sales. It is essential that you have the technical expertise to troubleshoot on complex matters and the people skills to effectively manage a team.
A generous salary is earmarked for this position. The salary is negotiable, dependent on experience and is likely to be in the region of £50,000. Candidates seeking a higher salary will be considered on a case by case basis.
