A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious senior corporate solicitor to join this Legal 100 firm in the City of London.
You will be joining a team who deal with a variety of work focusing on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions primarily for SME clients.
This is a great chance for a senior corporate solicitor with the ambition and drive to progress to partnership as this role offers a clear career path for the successful candidate.
The London-based role would suit an experienced corporate solicitor who is used to dealing with M&A and private equity work, along side other aspects of corporate work. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent client facing and business development skills as you will play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
This is a great opportunity for a senior corporate solicitor, potentially to join as partner designate, or partner.
