Commercial Property Solicitor 3-5 PQE
A long standing, well-established law firm is currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Commercial Property department within their Kingston Upon Thames office.
The experienced Solicitor 3-5 PQE will be comfortable with freehold and leasehold purchases, property assets, sales and lenders transactions/extensions, the granting/agreements of leases, shops and industrial buildings and dealing with commercial loans. Also acting for residential developers regarding and acquisitions and sales of houses and apartments.
The prospective solicitor will be looking at this opportunity as a career and not a stepping stone.
