Job Details

A multi-office Legal 500 Firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Loughton office. The Firm requires an experienced Conveyancing fee earner that has experience in running a broad caseload of files covering sales and purchases for leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages, unregistered titles and new builds purchases. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that has stable and steady stream of cases. It prides itself on being a modern practice that is committed to looking after the wellbeing of staff and realises the importance of a happy well balanced team where everyone's contribution is recognised.

About You

  • This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC with 1 to 3 years PQE within residential conveyancing.
  • As the successful candidate you will be a team player, gregarious and affable, able to cope and thrive under pressure.
  • You should have the ability to market and attract new business and help drive the department forward.
  • You must be able to handle files from inception through to completion
    Exceptional Client care skills
    Be able to work independently and as part of a team
