Job Details
An opportunity has become available for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established and reputable firm in Worthing, West Sussex. This established practice has a proven track record for success and is looking for a 5yrs + PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution department.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including Landlord and Tenant disputes, Lease renewals, dilapidations and breaches of Covenants, Break Clauses, Right to Light disputes, Forfeiture proceedings, Boundary and Land Law related disputes, Party Wall Act disputes, and Construction disputes.
