The firm is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their prestigious St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Intellectual Property department is experiencing growth due steady increased workflow over the last 12 years. You will deal exclusively with top quality London work, working alongside a highly team, many of which have come from a City background.

The client base is broad and spans many different sectors, this will make for a more interesting role. The caseload will include; Patents, Copyright, Registrations, Licensing, Infringement, Designs, Database rights and Trade Secrets.

• You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have broad Intellectual Property experience, you should have good technical knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
