The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing, newly refurbished office based in the City of London.

The firm is well-known for Commercial Property and it is one of their largest and fastest growing departments, you will work alongside highly experienced Partners dealing with an excellent quality of work. You will get a high level of exposure and excellent client contact from day 1, giving you a level of experience ahead of your years of PQE.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one seat in Commercial Property
• Be an excellent communicator
• You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
• Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
