Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a prestigious, Legal 500 recommended firm in Chelmsford, Essex.
The firms Dispute Resolution Team are highly regarded for their work, so candidate’s must be experienced in dealing with a wide variety of Civil and Commercial matters, including property disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, and insolvency.
A minimum of 5 years PQE is also important, as well as the ability to represent senior/corporate clients in the County Courts, High Court and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
The firm place great importance on developing and maintaining client relationships, so the candidate must be professional and commercially viable, with a client-focused attitude.
