Job Details
A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Family Paralegal position with our client in Didsbury who specialise in all aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Domestic Violence and Abuse, Cohabitation Disputes and Child Proceedings. Our Client is looking for a passionate individual to join their Child Care team to provide integral support to the division.
For the role of Family Paralegal you will have a wide range of duties, some of which include but are not limited to:
- having a varied legal aid child care caseload
- research relevant legal matters
- prepare legal documents
- attend client meetings
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- must have experience in legal aid matters;
- must have experience dealing with CCMS system;
- good written and verbal communication skills;
- good time management skills;
- the ability to commute to the Didsbury office on a daily basis.
