Your new company
Our client is a leading international law firm. This firm offers a full range of legal services to include claims, commercial and transactional specialisms to a number of industry leaders in sectors including health and insurance. The firm boast a number of Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rankings and are committed to the development of their people.
Your new role
You will be joining the highly regarded Clinical Risk team. You will be dealing with a range of litigated and pre-litigated defended clinical negligence claims on behalf of a number of NHS clients. The work will be varied and will include drafting, research, liaising with experts and counsel and many other responsibilities. There will be the chance to attend hearings and conferences.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of Clinical Negligence or Serious Injury work as well as the LPC or equivalent qualification in law is preferred. My client are happy to consider paralegals with a claimant and/or defendant background. You will have good academics and have the ability to pick up and learn technical skills quickly with a keen eye for detail.
