We are therefore looking for an Intellectual Property Commercialisation Legal Manager to provide professional advice and negotiation of consultancy contracts, enterprise programmes, intellectual property licenses and new company formation documentation in support of its enterprise activities and the commercialisation of its intellectual property portfolio. You will be responsible for the legal support to a wide-ranging portfolio of commercialisation projects and enterprise units.

You will have strong commercial flair and excellent communication skills, be well-organised with the ability to multi-task and to work well as part of a virtual team.
