Job Details
Our client, an elite US law firm, is looking to hire an International Arbitration Legal PA, on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is one of the world's leading international law firms, and you really can expect every luxury imaginable. The working conditions are simply first class, at their stunning London office!
Looking after a highly regarded team of arbitration lawyers, the role will offer lots of variety, and you can expect to deal with some very interesting, high- profile work.
The team are more interested in finding the right legal PA, as there are others there to handle the standard secretarial work, so although previous experience working as legal PA is required, they are keeping an open mind, with the regards to the area of law you have previously worked in. Litigation experience however, would be favorable.
You will be a key figure in providing day to day administrative support, typical duties will include, diary management, arranging meetings, organising travel, and liaising with clients.
