Your new role
This role will see the successful Paralegal supporting the firm's Health Property team by providing full paralegal support. This is a newly created role due to growth in the department. The role will be varied, but will include such work as drafting land registration applications, leases, licences and agreements for sales; drafting advice and correspondence to clients; reviewing files and deeds; financial administration relating to sale and purchase; and generally supporting solicitors, associates and partners with their work load.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge/experience of the property sector in a Paralegal capacity; strong IT skills; excellent communication/interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail; a professional and positive attitude towards work. It would be beneficial to have public sector / NHS work experience in addition to having had previous Paralegal experience in a property or healthcare based role.
