In House Commercial Property Lawyer – This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to work in-house with a commercial organisation in South Hampshire. The successful in-house commercial property lawyer will join an existing legal team with a rapidly growing niche business with clients across the UK. The in-house commercial property lawyer will manage work associated with the acquisition, development and estate management involving telecommunications. The work will engage with a wide range of clients such as schools, academies and sports clubs.
Requirements:
Real estate experience
Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, CILEx or paralegal
Results driven
This is a fulltime role. Salary dependent upon experience.
