NQ Commercial Solicitor. An NQ Commercial Solicitor is required to assist in the development of a West Sussex law within their commercial team. As an NQ or recently qualified commercial solicitor the successful candidate will be given excellent support to assist with their career development at its earliest stages. The NQ commercial solicitor will work on a varied commercial caseload on behalf of regional and local businesses to include sales, purchases, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, property and asset disposal, terms of business, commercial agreements and intellectual property. The team offers a wealth of partner level experience combined with high energy and fantastic ambition and drive to continue the team’s established and expanding reputation as the go to firm for commercial clients. Salary dependent upon experience.
