Contentious Probate Solicitor. A contentious probate solicitor is required to join a litigation team to specialise in contentious probate based in a West Sussex law firm. The successful contentious probate solicitor will be a solicitor with excellent litigation skills and experience. The contentious probate solicitor will be responsible for their own case load of files and will have proven experience.
