A Solicitor is wanted to manage a Regulatory Crime caseload with a law firm recognised as one of the leading firms in the South West/Wales region. Salary is negotiable and the role based in their Cardiff office.

My client is a legal 500 and Chambers rated full service law firm with a strong presence in the South West/Wales area. Offering a broad range of legal services clients include FTSE 100 listed companies, small, medium and large enterprise as well as sports associations, land owners and high net worth individuals.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Solicitor to assist a Partner in their Regulatory team. The department provides contentious and non-contentious advice on Customs and Excise prosecutions, Data Protection, Environment Agency prosecutions, Product Liability, Trading Standards and Commercial Fraud matters amongst other things. The successful Solicitor will assist with a varied caseload and receive the full training and development needed to meet the challenges provided with this type of legal work.
