Civil Litigation Solicitor.
 
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the growing civil litigation team of an ever improving Legal 500 firm in the City of London.

This multi-office practice is held in high regard for their litigation work, particularly criminal litigation, handling some of the most high profile and serious cases across the country. Having seen particular growth in recent years, they are now looking to increase their civil litigation offering to their clients. As such an opportunity has arisen for you as an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the team based out of their Chancery Lane office. 

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
  • Experienced working on a varied civil litigation caseload e.g. breach of contract claims, possession proceedings, contentious probate, landlord & tenant, debt recovery, property litigation etc. Some arbitration may also be involved
  • Able to manage your own work unsupervised
  • Used to preparing cases of varying severity for trial
  • Well-organised and professional, particularly when in court
