Real Estate Solicitor - Cambridge

QED legal are working with an international commercial law firm with regards to the recruitment of a real estate lawyer to their extremely highly regarded department.

The successful candidate will ideally be between 2-5 years qualified and have experience of working in the area of real estate.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients mainly on the developer side but with the opportunity to also work with other investor & corporate real estate clients across a broader range of real estate matters. You can expect plenty of direct client contact as part of your own caseload/clients as well as assisting on the larger team matters/transactions.

Such is the reputation of the firm and the department they are regularly instructed in terms of big ticket and high value work across a broad range of sectors covering matters including large and high profile development/infrastructure projects. The firm receives instructions from UK based clients as well as from overseas and has an enviable list of clients that they are instructed on behalf of due to their top rate reputation in this area of law. The team works across a broad range of sectors including hotels, housebuilders, transport, senior living and regeneration.

The successful candidate is likely to have a background working in a city or national commercial practice in the area of real estate. A strong academic record is also required

The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be at the top end of market rate for Cambridge and will be part as part of an excellent package including a good pension, generous annual leave, health insurance. gym membership and much more.
