Dispute Resolution Solicitor
A fantastic opportunity to achieve career progression for a 1-3 years PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to develop within a well regarded legal 500 in Sutton Coldfield.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor who is technically strong with between 1 to 3 years PQE experience. The role will involve handling a high value varied caseload of Dispute Resolution matters. These cases could include breach of contract claims, contentious probate, professional negligence work and some insolvency litigation. The candidate will be involved at all stages of cases, from the initial Letter of Claim or Letter of Response through to trial in some cases, and mediation/settlement in others. The successful applicant will assist senior fee earners with complex and high value disputes.
