The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing, St Albans Office.

The Commercial Property department is the largest within the firm and deals with an excellent quality of work, the caseload will be varied making for an interesting role. You will deal with FTSE 250 companies including leading Insurers, Global Charity's, Large Global brands, and Private Investors (Sunday Times Top 100 Wealth List). The work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Development, Investment, Landlord and tenant and Commercial leases.

Requirements

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
