IP Senior Associate (Contentious)

Errington Legal are recruiting for a senior contentious IP lawyer with patent litigation experience to join a leading Cambridge based team with a global client base, offering a fantastic quality of work and clear progression opportunities, working with a highly regarding team with international recognition .
The role will cover a wide range of complex and dynamic legal work for businesses from start-ups to major global names. You will enjoy an interesting and varied caseload, and will have the opportunity to specialise. You will be expected to advise on contentious matters such as IP disputes, including patent litigation and IP licensing as well as drafting, review and negotiation of complex IP contractual arrangements, as well as M&A advisory work.
The successful candidate will be a senior level contentious commercial IP solicitor with a broad, and ideally international, client exposure and a clear background in patent litigation.
