You'll be working as a solicitor in a firm covering nearly all expertise from Commercial, and Agriculture & Rural Property to Employment, Corporate, Construction & Engineering; this firm is offering the highest quality service for their employees and for their clients meaning you will be working as a lawyer in a firm with a high number of existing clients for you to work with.

As a Private Client Lawyer you will be dealing with Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning for HNW clients. Advising clients regarding foreign assets, trusts or heritage. Administration of complex estates, including those with multi-jurisdictional elements and administration of Trusts. Identifying exemptions and reliefs available on charitable donations and establishing private charities. Dealing with capacity issues in relation to lifetime gifts and Wills, added by Contentious Probate team. Advising client in relation to landed estates, enabled by support from rural and planning teams.

You must have Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts experience. STEP qualified is not necessary but will give you an advantage.
Here you'll work as a part of an established Private Client team, in a role that offers you a fantastic opportunity to develop personally and grow as a team. There is potential opportunity as a partner solicitor level role, depending on your experience.
You will be given a competitive salary, negotiable on experience.
