Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / FCILEX to join this central Manchester Legal 500 listed law firm and work with senior management to help grow a new department.

You will be expected to work on a mixed Housing caseload with work including anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, homelessness and housing benefit tribunal action. You will be running cases through to trial and will be dealing with complexities such as potential health issues and personal injury arising from Housing matters.

Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and have at least 2 years' PQE. You must be comfortable running an unsupervised caseload whilst also working with Senior Management to help expand the team nationally.

Benefits include a generous pension scheme, health insurance, enhanced maternity & paternity pay, professional development, 29 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), season ticket loans and company car (dependant on career level). The top Salary for this position is circa £50,000 with a discretionary bonus also attached.

This is a tremendous opportunity for someone already in management or looking to take a step into management with a Legal 500 firm and earn a reputation for growing a team into a nationally regarded department. Please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for more information.

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
