Duties will include handling caseloads of shared ownership resale and staircasing transactions, drafting routine correspondence and documents, assisting fee earners with complex matters, completing land registry and SDLT forms and dealing with searches.

Candidates should ideally be educated to A level or degree standard, proven experience of handling own caseload, good drafting skills, good communication skills and have excellent attention to detail.
