Locum Real Estate Solicitor – South West – 3 months

Venn Group is exclusively handling locum recruitment on behalf of a well-regarded, international ‘Legal 500' firm. The firm requires a Locum Real Estate Solicitorto assist their leading Real Estate department with an excess caseload of land acquisitions for residential development. The period of the requirement is expected to be 3 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Real Estate Solicitor to work within a nationally-renowned department at a leading practice, working on complex and high calibre work for house builder clients across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload of land acquisition files, for large and high-value residential development projects.

The role will encompass all aspects of residential development work; including land disposals (short term and longer term strategic land), promotion agreements, regeneration, affordable housing and infrastructure and reversionary sales.

To be considered for this attractive locum opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practising in Real Estate law with demonstrable experience of land acquisition for residential development.

The position is due to commence as soon as the ideal candidate can start, offering a lucrative rate, based on experience.

The firm can provide one day per week of remote work and full on-site secretarial support.
