Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a regional law firm with an excellent reputation in the South West and a strong presence in Commercial Property. The client is now looking for an experienced solicitor to join their Southampton team and deal with high quality commercial property work acting for developers, trading businesses and institutional landowners.

The successful candidate will have a sound grounding in commercial property work ideally including commercial landlord and tenant and development work. You will advise on the acquisition and disposal of properties, joint venture and collaboration agreements, development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site set-up. You will also be advising on leases for large scale commercial landlords and tenants.

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 18 months experience in dealing with sale and purchases of residential and commercial property and will be confident in handling their own files and working with modest supervision.
