The chosen Employment Law Solicitor will enjoy a market leading salary, benefits package and a work life balance, rarely found in London.

The firm in question has embarked on a mission to develop their Employment Law offering within the Oxfordshire region to capitalise on a strong, pre-existing yet diverse client base. As such, the firm is looking for a Solicitor or FILEX with upwards of two years PQE to develop the employment law department with the full support and resources of a highly regarded firm.

The employment team in Henley, Oxfordshire is highly ranked with a reputation in the market for high quality work. You can expect to join a team of ranked lawyers who have an excellent reputation.

The work will involve a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will also naturally involve business development. You will be involved in assisting with the running and the strategic positioning of this employment law department and will benefit from an entirely negotiable and highly competitive salary and continued progression as this impressive department in Henley, Oxfordshire evolves.

Ideally, you will have acquired solid experience of at least 2 years at a reputable firm and will have demonstrable experience handling business development and nurturing a client base.
