Banking Solicitor / Associate / Cilex - Reading

A top tier, commercial practice is looking for a Banking Solicitor - Senior Associate to join their formidable national Banking Team, to be based at the firms' modern Reading offices. You will be joining an award winning practice with an envied reputation in the profession and is renowned for promoting an open and collaborative culture.

The firms' Chambers recognised Banking Team is renowned for work on both a national and international basis. With approved panel status with many of the UK's major banks and financial institutions, acting for borrowers, lenders and investors, the team works closely with its corporate counterparts.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of financial transaction matters throughout the entier process, to include: corporate loans; real estate finance; acquisition finance; securities documentation; post completion work; asset finance; marine and shipping finance; invoice discounting; refinancings; LMA facility documentation and taking the lead on transactions.
