The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join a boutique practice in North London. Supporting fee earners with a wide range of duties on a daily basis, you will have a fast typing speed and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar department. Your workload will include: conducting AML checks; file management; completion and post-completion work; billing; telephony; exchange of contracts; obtaining Land Registry documents; liaising with clients and other professionals in property matter; ensuring compliance and; diary management. The successful Paralegal will, therefore, be proficient in the use of the Land Registry portal and provide excellent client care.

The Candidate
A Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable Conveyancing department.
Proficient in the use of the Land Registry Portal.
Have a fast typing speed.

Demonstrate top class client care.
Handle your workload under minimum supervision.
