Rate: £30- 35 per hour
Our Client is seeking a Residential Property Locum to assist them as soon as possible for an ongoing position. The ideal Residential Property Locum will be able to handle a full and varied residential position dealing with high value property transactions and high net worth clients. The Residential Property caseload will include:
- Sales and Purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold Properties
- Transfer or equity and leases
The Residential Property Locum should also be able to complete light commercial property work.
The ideal Residential Property locum will receive a competitive daily rate, a very commutable location and a long term contract.
