My award winning client are looking to recruit a Costs Fee Earner to join their office in Bolton.
Our client are a defendant, legal 500 firm with a second-to-none training academy. Over the years they have built a strong reputation over the market and value the importance of building a dedicated team of legal experts. Their ability to be stable, secure and target-driven make it a well-sought after place to work.
The department are seeking a Costs Fee Earner to negotiate and settle costs on all portal and fixed costs matters.
You will bring with you excellent telephone negotiation skills as you will be required to speak with Insurers on a daily basis.
Previous experience of handling or assisting on costs matter will stand you out from the rest, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of costs matters on the in-house case and costs management system.
Candidates who have gained their LPC and have either Claimant or Defendant experience are encouraged to apply.
