Job Details
Our client is a leading specialist law firm in the education sector who now wish to add to the growth of the team with the appointment of an education solicitor within their Cheltenham office.
The team work with a broad range of clients including independent schools, academies, free schools, studio schools, maintained schools, Higher Education and Further Education colleges, specialist colleges and nurseries. The work will advise on all areas including safeguarding, inspection, parent/pupil matters and compliance.
You will join a top ranking national education practice, working from the Cheltenham office alongside highly skilled lawyers who will provide you with support and genuine progression opportunities at all levels.
This client will consider a Solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE with a real desire to work across the whole range of education projects (non-contentious and contentious matters and both transactional and operational issues). They will also consider more experienced education solicitors who can assist with the further development and growth of the Cheltenham team, whilst still working alongside the national practice.
