My Client is a Greater Manchester based, multi sited legal practice who require an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their forward thinking firm at their Bury office.
The position will be within an expanding and growing residential conveyancing team and the client is seeking an experienced Secretary or Assistant who is able to "hit the ground running" with routine matters and be able to assist a Partner with his domestic and commercial caseload.
The ideal candidate must have atleast 12 months residential conveyancing experience and have shown experience with audiotyping. The role will include opening and closing files aswell as being conversant with post completion matters including SDLT and archiving files and Undertake Land Registry searches so experience is advantageous.
This role offers a competitive salary which is dependent upon experience.
