Our client are a well-established legal firm with a strong reputation in the North West. They have an enviable client base in their region and will provide the opportunity to build a diverse caseload of interesting matters. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and respectable team in Warrington, who will help you develop your career as a Commercial Solicitor.
The role will consist of working on; commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and terms and conditions, to name a few. You will be providing support around work, advice and investigating member conduct issues when required. Having previous experience of client contact and responsibility is also desirable, as you will be liaising with clients on a regular basis.
The successful Commercial Solicitor will be forward thinking and want to network to develop the business further. The firm believe this role will suit a candidate with at least 1 years PQE experience as they are looking for someone with quality Commercial knowledge. A passion to learn and a positive and flexible approach to the role of a Commercial Solicitor is also essential.
