A dynamic practice is seeking a motivated NQ / Junior Private Client Solicitor in the Worthing area.

They are now seeking an NQ / Junior Private Client Solicitor in the Worthing area.

The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a reputable practice in the Worthing area on a full-time basis. Applications are encouraged from Newly Qualified or Junior Solicitors who have undertaken a seat in Private Client or attained a minimum of 6 months in a similar department. Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will assist with existing workload whilst building a new caseload. With excellent drafting skills, you will be a team player with first class client care. Your duties will include: drafting Wills; preparing legal documents; file management; liaising with clients and other professionals and; advising on the structure of Wills. The successful NQ / Junior Private Client Solicitor will be seeking to join a reputable department as further training will be provided and willingness to participate in business development and marketing initiatives for the progress of the firm would be a prerequisite.

The Candidate
NQ or Junior Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience.
Ideally, have undertaken a seat or have previous experience in Private Client work.
Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
Be IT literate with good organisational skills.
Able to work well in and on own initiative.
Seeking full-time opportunity in an accredited department.
