There is an opportunity in the Lincoln office of a Legal-500 firm for a talented private client solicitor to handle an interesting and diverse caseload. The private client department is incredibly busy, meaning you can come in and hit the ground running from day one. Your caseload will be broad-ranging and could include wills and probate, including contentious elements, inheritance tax and tax planning, administration of estates, powers of attorney, residential care fees and more.
Ideally our client is looking for a solicitor with 3 or more years' PQE to join the team, however more important than exact experience levels is the ability to run a caseload confidently and with little supervision. For this reason, candidates who are perhaps less experienced in terms of PQE are also encouraged to apply, so long as they can can demonstrate the relevant technical ability and enthusiasm for the role.
