Employment Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded multi service law firm who have offices across the North West.

My client has a strong industry wide reputation, and this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive Employment team at their Chester offices.

About the role?

You will be joining an already successful Employment team who are highly regarded nationally for the work they do. You will be assisting with a broad range of Employment matters and dealing with some interesting and diverse matters together with a fantastic quality of work.

The role would be suited to someone wanting to develop their career within an award winning and well-regarded firm. You will ideally have between 1-4 years post qualification with experience of dealing with an employment case load. You will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Matters will include dealing with everyday employment issues to include drafting and negotiating documentation, disciplinary and grievance procedures, tribunals, tupe disputes as well as a range of other matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics and will be able to show a commercially minded approach and strong passion to develop their legal career further.

You will be an excellent communicator, well organised and client focused.

Salary is competitive together with benefits and an excellent team and office environment. The offices are also close to excellent transport links and are commutable from surrounding areas. The firm also offer the flexibility to work from home if necessary over some days of the week so this would suit anyone looking to work for a top law firm who perhaps live further away and is put off by long distance commuting on a full time basis.
