The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join a flourishing Oxford firm as a Partner in the team.

The Commercial team combines business understanding with exceptional technical know-how to help clients achieve their business objectives. They have particular expertise in technology-related issues including IT provision and online trading issues, intellectual property rights management, trading arrangements including joint ventures and partnering arrangements. The Commercial team consists of two partners, three solicitors and a trainee, as well as being supported by a number of consultants.

Requirements:

• You will have at least 8 years' commercial legal experience
• You will have a sound understanding of the demands and pressures of in-house legal teams and their business colleagues
• An interest in how technology is shaping the delivery of legal services
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on experience
