My client are a hugely successful regional firm with a number of recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an additional Corporate Solicitor to join their well established team.
The Corporate department is one of the key practice areas for the firm, acting for a wide range of corporate clients including owner managed businesses, public companies, start-ups, VC backed and Private Equity firms, as well as blue chip international businesses. Typical instructions will include acquisitions and disposals, mergers, takeovers, management buy outs and buy ins, equity financing, restructuring etc. The team has a number of industry awards and accolades in recognition of its work and reputation in this area.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Your background will be at a well regarded city, heavyweight regional, or national firm with an excellent grounding in Corporate and Corporate Finance work. You should have strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide an excellent level of service to clients, alongside an enthusiasm and aptitude for business development.
