The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Director or Partner to join their heavy hitting Commercial office in Crawley, West Sussex.

This huge, flourishing Commercial department regularly deal with high level work internationally and nationally, dealing with high end contracts, corporate/commercial advice, procurement, outsourcing, collaboration and joint ventures, organizational structures and duties.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the highest billing Solicitors and Partners in the industry, alongside friendly teams with a great work life balance and retention rates that are second to none. You will have the delivery of commercial legal services to existing clients and qualified prospects from our sales pipeline. You will work closely with clients and prospects to understand how we can improve the delivery of commercial advice to the business. You will also work closely with the commercial team in developing our approach based on your own insights and those gained from conversations with clients, including sharing those developments across the firm as a whole. You will be encouraged to help supervise and mentor junior members of the team and deliver legal services, as appropriate.
